Product Overview
The TX7130 reflective optical beam smoke detector integrates both light transmitter and detector in a single unit. The system creates a light path by reflecting emitted light off a retro-reflector positioned opposite the detector, ensuring minimal light scattering.
During a fire event, smoke particles within the beam path absorb or scatter light, reducing the received signal and increasing optical obscuration. The detector's processor analyzes these signals using pre-programmed algorithms to determine fire conditions, activating corresponding relays and LED indicators when fire is detected.
